Ingenia Parkside

In 2024, we successfully completed the electrical works for Ingenia Parkside Village, delivering a modern and comprehensive solution tailored to this vibrant community.


Partnering with Hanlon Construction, our team provided a wide range of services, including general electrical installations, a high-performance Cat6A communications system, and a reliable MATV (Master Antenna Television) network. The project also featured expertly designed external lighting and a cutting-edge CBUS lighting control system for enhanced efficiency and convenience. Additional installations included CCTV for security, 240V smoke detection systems for safety, and EV charging stations to support sustainable living.


With an emphasis on safety and innovation, we also implemented advanced security systems, ensuring the village is both future-ready and secure.
